First off, service was amazing and they were very upfront about delays during Covid. The Pros The case is very nice and the printing came through clear. I got a lot of compliments on it and maybe pushed a few customers to this amazing Canadian company. The case is well made and seem to protect my phone as well as the Spigen case it replaced. The price was amazing for what you get and their stock designs were very nice even though I went with a custom design. The Cons The case sustained quite a bit of pocket wear but the picture was still visible. I think whatever they use in the printing process is of high quality. I only used the case for a month as my phone died but it still looked pretty good. This case is dangerously slippery and the reason why I didn't order another one. Some texture would be a great addition to these cases. Maybe a clear rubber coating option, who knows. Overall its a great case but it was so slippery I couldn't really use my S8 plus one handed and this is why I didn't order one for my new phone.
