The KaseMe AirGrip MagSafe is a hands-free phone mount that sticks to virtually any smooth surface: a bathroom mirror, a window, a kitchen tile, a gym locker and holds your phone firmly in place for hours. The base of the AirGrip uses 24 micro-suction cups that grip the surface without glue, without residue and without leaving any marks. When you’re done, it comes off clean.

On the phone side, the AirGrip connects via MagSafe: a single click and your phone snaps securely into place. Detaches just as fast. No straps, no brackets, no fiddling: one move to mount, one move to go.

Once your phone is on the AirGrip, your hands are free to do everything else. Film your morning routine from the bathroom mirror. Follow a recipe on the counter without touching your phone. Record a workout, take a hands-free selfie, scroll through a show while you’re getting ready. The AirGrip stays in place so you don’t have to hold anything.

Note: This product requires a MagSafe ring to attach to your phone case. For non-MagSafe cases, a KaseMe MagSafe ring can be added separately.

Every AirGrip MagSafe ships from our Quebec workshop. Standard and express options are available at checkout and shipping is free on orders over $CAD 100. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your product leaves us (with priority and express shipping).

Warranty & Exchanges AirGrip

The KaseMe AirGrip is sold as-is. Due to the nature of this product and the precision required for installation, it does not carry a standard manufacturer warranty. If your AirGrip arrives defective or damaged when opening the packaging, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it.

What’s not covered: damage from dropping the AirGrip or your phone, wear to the suction cups from use on abrasive or uneven surfaces, and reduced adhesion from contamination of the suction surface.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused AirGrips in their original packaging. To start an exchange, head to our exchange request page or reach out through our contact page.

Installation & Care

To mount the AirGrip on a surface:

  • Choose a smooth, clean surface; mirror, glass, ceramic tile or any non-porous flat surface. Wipe it with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust, moisture or oils before mounting.
  • Press the AirGrip firmly against the surface, applying even pressure across the entire base to engage all 24 suction cups. Hold for a few seconds until the grip feels solid.
  • Give the AirGrip a gentle tug to confirm it’s locked in place before attaching your phone.
  • Snap your phone onto the AirGrip with the MagSafe connector, your phone clicks into position instantly and magnetically.

To remove the AirGrip from a surface:

  • Detach your phone first by pulling it away from the MagSafe connector.
  • Find the small release tab on the edge of the AirGrip base. Press or lift it to break the suction seal, then pull the AirGrip away from the surface cleanly.
  • The surface will be left completely clean with no residue.

To keep the suction cups performing at their best:

  • Rinse the suction cup surface under clean water periodically and let it air dry. This removes any dust or oils that reduce grip over time.
  • Avoid pressing the AirGrip onto rough, textured or porous surfaces, these do not allow the suction cups to seal fully and will reduce hold time.
  • Store the AirGrip with the suction cup side protected, avoid placing it face down on dusty or abrasive surfaces between uses.

Does the AirGrip MagSafe really stick to surfaces?

Yes, reliably and without any adhesive. The AirGrip base uses 24 micro-suction cups that create a strong vacuum grip on smooth, non-porous surfaces. We’ve tested it on mirrors, glass, ceramic tile and other smooth surfaces with consistent results. It sticks flat, stays level and doesn’t leave any marks or residue when you remove it. The key is starting with a clean, dry surface: a quick wipe before mounting makes a noticeable difference in how long and how firmly it holds.

How long does it stay attached?

On a smooth, clean surface, the AirGrip holds firmly for 2.5 hours or more in our testing, enough for a full morning routine, a long workout session or an extended filming session. The actual hold time depends on the surface type and how clean it is when you mount it. On your phone case, the MagSafe magnetic connection is continuous, your phone stays on the AirGrip for as long as you want, with no time limit. The suction cups hold the AirGrip to the surface; the magnet holds the phone to the AirGrip.

Does it work with non-MagSafe cases?

The AirGrip connects to your phone magnetically via MagSafe, so a MagSafe ring is required in the case for the connection to work. For not-integrated MagSafe phone cases, a KaseMe MagSafe ring can be added to any case in a few seconds and makes it immediately compatible with the AirGrip. Without a MagSafe ring, the phone will not snap onto the AirGrip magnetically.

How do I attach the AirGrip to my phone?

Once the AirGrip is mounted on a surface and your phone case has a MagSafe ring (built-in or added), bringing your phone close to the AirGrip is all it takes: the magnet snaps the phone into place automatically. The alignment is immediate and the connection is secure. To detach, pull your phone away from the mount with a single motion. No buttons, no clips, no lifting tabs. The whole process takes under a second in each direction.

Can I use wireless charging with the AirGrip on?

Wireless charging while the AirGrip is attached to your phone isn’t possible. The AirGrip occupies the back of the phone where the charging coil sits. To wireless charge, simply detach the phone from the AirGrip with one pull, place it on your Qi pad or snap it onto a ChargePod, and reattach the AirGrip whenever you’re ready. The whole detach-and-reattach process takes seconds.

What can I use my AirGrip for?

Anything that’s better when your hands are free. The most common uses:

  • Film yourself hands-free: stick it to a mirror or tile and record your morning routine, your workout, your outfit check or your content without holding anything.
  • Take perfect selfies without the reach: mount the AirGrip at eye level, set your timer and step back for a proper shot instead of a stretched-arm angle.
  • Follow a recipe in the kitchen: stick it to a cabinet at eye level and scroll without touching your phone with food-covered hands.
